Hi! I'm Joe, and this is my story.

During my teens, I was the guy who avoided getting my photo taken. I would avoid the camera at parties, family events, and even putting on a stone-faced look in my yearbook photo. I regret not embracing photography to capture my personality and all those exciting moments I had in my HS years! 

Years later, while my wife and I were planning our wedding, We found the perfect venue, gorgeous rings, and the best DJ on Long Island, but still needed a photographer. After a lot of searching we finally found a photographer who understood my hesitation and she made us so comfortable on the big day. It was such a great experience, so great that it  inspired me to become a wedding photographer myself.

After spending some time learning about photography and taking some photography classes, I asked my wedding photographer for a job. To my surprise she hired me!! I learned so much from her working almost every weekend, trekking around NYC photographing weddings in some of the most amazing venues I ever saw. 

After some time, I eventually started Joe Sanfilippo Photography in New York. I captured wedding, portrait, and engagement photos for numerous clients throughout NYC and Long Island, I even won several awards for my work during that time! Fast forward several years,  I now call Oviedo, FL. my home and started 434 Photography where I dedicate myself to capturing Senior Portraits,
